Our ad-hoc hourly rate is £25.00 per hour.

 

This is charged in 15 minute increments, after the first hour. Our ad-hoc business support service is flexible and you can use it as much, or as little, as you need (subject to availability).

 

This service is perfect if you have a one-off task or project, or if you just need our support every now and then and don’t want to commit to a monthly package. It’s a flexible service with no ongoing commitment, yet it gives you peace of mind that help is there if, and when, you need it.

Monthly Retainer Packages

Our monthly retainer packages are perfect for clients who require ongoing, regular help and support, in particular, these packages are ideal for ongoing social media management, website content management and email marketing.
 
Choose a package that works and fits with your requirements and budget. They offer great value for money and provide a real sense of security knowing your ongoing professional admin and/or marketing support is taken care of.

Any unused hours from our monthly retainer packages can be rolled into the following month.
 
With all our payment packages you only pay for the time we spend on your work, so no paying for staff lunch breaks, tea/coffee/toilet breaks and staff chit chats! 
 
Payment terms for all our packages are within 14 days of the invoice date.  Billing for our ad-hoc/pay as you go service is at the end of the month. Any urgent/out of hours work is charged at £30 per hour. Our monthly packages are subject to a 1 month cancellation notice.
