The minimum charge for work undertaken is one hour, after that work will be charged in 15 minute increments.

A deposit of 50% may be requested before work is commenced for new clients.

Payments can be made by bank transfer.

Project work (pay as you go work) payments will be invoiced on completion of the work and payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice.

Any additional costs incurred for example, postage, courier, travel telephone charges, will be invoiced separately to the client as ‘Additional Expenses’.

Overdue invoices may result in interest charges (at the rate of 5%) for the total outstanding per month.

In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you contact us about our services or commission us to work on your behalf. We may also collect information when you voluntarily complete any customer surveys or provide feedback. If you cease to be a client, we will retain your personal information and any work you have instructed us to carry out, for a period of 12 months from the point of cessation. After a 12 month period we will contact you regarding the information we hold and to update your data and marketing preferences.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request that your information is completely removed from our records. Right to erasure requests should be made by email, addressed to the Data Controller at info@littlemissoffice.co.uk.
Little Miss Office will carry out all such requests without undue delay, where the data is no longer needed for legal or regulatory reasons.
